My new pair was sent directly from Sweden and, for now, looks beautiful and fits wonderfully. It did take over a month of back and forth. I will give them credit for making beautiful shoes and coming right in the end, so raising the stars from 1 to 3.Update: 11 days later Sandgrens responded to my Amazon review, but not to my multiple emails asking for an update. Their response was only to ask for the same information I have already emailed to them. Not winning.These shoes are beautiful and fit well right from day 1. Unfortunately the staples started coming out within a month. A note to Sangrens took several days for response, and after providing photos it has been several days without further response. Disappointed the service is not better given the issues.
