I would be using them every night. thanks** A: Yes, they are reusable, as long as they are kept clean. I keep mine in a little container to keep off dust, etc. I myself, usually switch to a new pair after several nights, but that's just me! Lol. These are by far, my favorite ear plugs ever! **Q: When this says "20 count" does that mean there are 20 pairs of 2 each or 10 pairs of 2 each?** A: 20 pairs of 2 each **Q: Do they fit any size ear?** A: I don't know if these ear plugs fit tiny ears. I'm a woman with a smaller ear and they fit - although sometimes it's a tight fit. **Q: I can not get these to fit is there a trick to it os a smaller size better?** A: You gave to roll them tight between your fingers until it gets thin enough to enter your ear. Once inside your ear they will expand and fit perfectly. Just don't insert to the point were it hits your ear drum. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable plugs that offer significant noise reduction. *by C***E on November 30, 2014* Very easy to use and very effective at reducing noise.I use them specifically for when riding motorcycles. The wind noise inside my helmet becomes a problem if I ride for anymore than about half an hour. So I have sveral pairs of these tucked inside my various riding jackets so I always have a pair handy.They are supposed to be single use, but I have no problem getting two or three wearings out of each pair.I chose these because they have the highest level,of noise reduction while still being easy and convenient to use. I figure if you're going to use ear plugs you may as well get the noise reduction possible. They are very comfortable compared to generic cylinder style plugs I have used. No trouble wearing these for hours at a time.The flared bases do make it much easier to remove. I've use other ear plugs that have a simple cylinder shape and they can sometimes be problematic because if you insert them even the slightest bit too far they become very difficult to remove. The flared base helps by giving you a guage as to how far you should insert them and gives you more surface to grip when removing.The only thing I don't care for is the obnoxious colors. I know why they make them this way but it would be nice to have an option for a color that is more subtle. Not a big deal as I usually remove them as soon as I remove my helmet, so it isn't a reason not to recommend these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Magical for Motorcyclists *by D***D on July 18, 2015* Downright magical; I cannot believe I road for years without them! One of the endurance challenges on a motorcycle is wind noise. Even with a full face helmet, it can be exhausting, or damaging to your hearing. Eliminates whistling, blasts, and chill. Foam is soft and comfortable, and expands to fill the entire ear canal even if inserted lazily. The did not fit my wife's small ear canal, so look for a different size if you also have tiny ear tubes. Buy in bulk, but try the 20 pack if you're skeptical. Good for single use, or a few repeated wears. A friend of mine said he washes his in the washing machine and they are like new, but not worth the effort I think. Lastly, you can still hear the engine of a motorcycle, and the road noise (though much quieter). Horns are audible, as are passing cars. Kills the wind. Extends your riding range. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost like being deaf *by B***G on November 1, 2013* I have ordered these twice from Amazon, ten the first time that came in a clear plastic case. This second batch of 20 came in a padded mailing envelope in 20 individual, sealed plastic bags, and cost a lot less.I read where one reviewer claimed that he could hear a clock ticking beside him when he had these earplugs in place. All I can say to that is that he did not have them installed properly. If you follow the instructions and install these properly, you will hear almost nothing at all! They work very well, are cheap enough to be disposable, but durable enough to use several times.If you have trouble installing them, here's a little trick: Coat them lightly with a very small amount of lotion, THEN compress them and place them gently in the ear canal, holding them until they expand.
