Ingredients: Iwashi-bushi (dried sardine flakes), Niboshi (dried small sardines), Katsuo-bushi (dried bonito flakes), dried Shiitake mushrooms, Kombu (dried kelp)

A: Ingredients: Iwashi-bushi (dried sardine flakes), Niboshi (dried small sardines), Katsuo-bushi (dried bonito flakes), dried Shiitake mushrooms, Kombu (dried kelp)

**Q: There were no English instructions on the package**
A: I had same problem.  I think the instructions are :  600ml of water, 1 or 2 bags depending on how strong a Dashi you want.  Boil for 3-5 minutes (simmering boil not a rolling boil), from looking at the photo posted,  but the photo of the instructions is of poor quality, a better photo would be good.
