Firm, supportive. All in all OK.Now the bad:- Quality is very poor. All zipper split open and broke. They should have spent more than $0.01 on those.- As a couch it's not comfortable. The seat is not deep enough and the square back rest is just that.... square.- It splits open if it's not supported on the long end rendering the idea moot in the first place.- It's heavy and awkward to move.Conclusion:Overpriced junk. Do not buy. Mine is well outside of warranty but I'd take a refund but I wouldn't want to ship thisbeast. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Dope daybed for a great price *by S***H on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2020* So at the end of the day, this was one of the best investments I've made since moving into my own space. I give it 5 stars overall because it's comfortable and super convenient. The ONLY things that I have issue with are the zippers that keep it together when it's folded into the couch position. The zippers started ripping and tethering so I feel those zippers could have been reinforced better. ALSO, when it's in the couch position, it would be really cool if there was a way to latch the back part to the bottom so that it doesn't move too much. It wasn't an issue when the couch was right up against the wall but if I wanted to have it in an open space, the back piece tended to move a lot.
