The High setting stopped working and so, it sat all day and didn't cook. The light doesn't come on or anything on "High" - low and warm work though but aren't hot enough to really cook things so this is a fail. It is big though and I have a big family so I was stoked about that. I have used crock pots for years and years and never had one fail like this. I usually end up breaking a lid or a foot falls off or something like this. The glass lid is flat & level, the stoneware pot has high ridge where the glass lid rests.
