This fits my Galaxy Nexus just right.  The grip feels nice and solid.  It is not slick, it is easy to hold onto.  The cover stays in place. The charging cable hooks into the phone port solidly.  The tire tread is a cool look.  My cell phone is protected from further damage. I did not use the screen protector that came with, as I had already used packing tape on the screen that I had already cracked.  Cart before the horse kinda thing.  I do recommend this cover.
