It is exactly as described. I LOVE this belt!! I saw it at a runner's expo and regretted I didn't buy it then. I was happy to find it on Amazon. The belt fits very comfortable and is also adjustable. It doesn't bounce. The bottles are the perfect size. They don't fall out of the belt when running. That would happen all the time with my old belt. The pouch is also big enough to hold my Samsung phone and my key. I am very happy with my purchase. I used to wear those normal pouches with a netting by the sides to hold big bottles. The weight on pouches is definitely not suitable for jogging besides it tends to slip and bounce around the waist. This Fitletic belt is different, although quite costly but is worth the worth the extra $ when I use it. The bottles are small, uniquely shaped and fit snugly. Does not feel much weight when filled. The belt seems to be made of neoprene material that is elastic and with the numerous rubber studs on it does prevent any slipping or bounce when strapped on.
