I had spotted a couple of people ... *by S***E on 20 November 2017* After spending years using blankets or blocks under my knees as padding for yoga poses with limited success I was on the look out for something to provide better support. I had spotted a couple of people in classes with knee pads so decided to purchase one myself to test out their effectiveness. I have used the knee pads in a few classes and they have made a big difference, my knee feels supported and comfortable when doing poses which require a lot of pressure on the knee. Far superior to a blanket or rolled up mat. I would highly recommend this product ### ⭐⭐⭐ Yoga Knee Pad *by B***N on 26 February 2018* If you're looking for mat to protect and support your knees at yoga classes, this may be something for you. It is definitely more supportive than a regular mat. The problem is trying to use it for low lunges (as illustrated). It is very small and has to be positioned precisely so that your knee makes contact with the central circle in the mat. Try doing that in the middle of your sun salutations - not easy! It will almost certainly disrupt your flow! And of course you need two unless you are going to shuffle it from one to side of the yoga mat to the other. Maybe it would work if you were holding a position for a while, but most yoga classes aren't like that. So it's good idea that doesn't quite work for me.
