I have used the highest decibel canceling ear plugs made out of soft foam for years and thought these might be a bit better. Unfortunately they just weren't as comfortable, but to be fair, I needed them for sleeping and as a side sleeper, it just wasn't comfortable for me. Only one pair fit snugly in my ear, most likely due to years of cramming soft foam ones into my ear that I have just really enlarged the canal. The other two pair of formed ones were simply too small and could not be used snuggly. I haven't had a chance to try the putty-like plugs yet as our pool is not yet open. I think they will be great for the kids swimming this summer. These plugs may be great for others, they just didn't work for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not your usual ear plugs *by C***S on March 17, 2019* The main silicone ear plugs are different from what I'm used to. You rip a piece off and roll it until it warms up and gets pliable and then shove it in your ear. It works but I've been using the foam earplugs for so long that it's a little weird. You can wash and reuse these which is nice, especially if you're on a budget. Sound deadening is very good. They also include some more traditional earplugs and those work quite nicely as well.
