The front of the stand contains a tube that provides a female USB connector on both ends, allowing the male-to-male USB power cable to be connected at either side. I am using the right USB port to power the fans and the left port to connect my wireless mouse's receiver.It has 6 very quiet fans which provide uniform air flow below the laptop.
