My phone (iPhone 6) did slide out of the holder as I was trying to wrap the included strap across for extra protection. Thankfully it didn't break. Kind of my fault as I expected the connection between the phone holder and the base to be a little more solid. So the phone isn't 100% locked into place BUT, it is held nicely. I mainly ride my bike on smooth roads and haven't had any issues with the phone moving around while in the holder. I would recommend this product to my friends as I feel it does serve the purpose it is intended to serve. The mounting was very easy and I love the fact that the screws are hex head (allen wrench included) so no one with a regular screwdriver can just walk up and steal the mount. ### ⭐⭐ Not impressed.
