I recommend adding garlic! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Making home made mayonnaise without sugar *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 11 May 2022* I bought this product because I want to stop buying shop-made mayonnaise because it contains sugar (and I am trying to reduce carbs).It does what it says - but be warned - real mayo is not the same as shop-bought mayo - but certainly good enough for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Mayo Maker! *by D***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 3 April 2019* I usually make home made mayo in my food processor but the clean up afterwards puts me off a little (it is a pain to clean all the fiddly bits) so when I saw the Kilner Mayo Maker I knew I NEEDED it. It was deliverd in good time and I had a go with it tonight. I followed the recipe that came with it and it worked very well. Emulsified nicely and good and thick. The jar is a good size for it. Home made mayo keeps for a few days in the fridge so you don't want to make too much at a time. Clean up was very easy and straight forward. It literally took 5 minutes to measure out and make it! I love it so much. It may seem expensive £20 but you will never have to buy mayo again and the decent, shop bought stuff can be pricey, so you will save money in the long run as long as you don't drop and break the glass jar (I would assume that if you did break it you could get a replacement from Kilner easily enough). The only niggle I have is that the recipe that came with it tastes quite rank. I will not use that one again. I will adapt my tried and tested recipe and use that instead.
