I’ve been looking around here and there, but didn’t come up with much. I stumbled on this, and it looked great!! I was thinking there must be something wrong with it. There wasn’t. This little guitar is the real deal. It’s got all the qualities of a full sized resonator, but smaller, and with more of a compressed sound. I’m imagining that it was built for slide guitar, and it has a higher action. I tightened the truss rod just a little bit to get the action slightly closer. I’m playing slide, so I don’t want it too close. That was it!! I didn’t have to mess around with intonation, as it is spot on. I thought I was going to have to file the fret edges, as a lot of budget guitars have sharp fret wire hanging over the edges of the neck. I didn’t even have to. It’s as smooth as it comes. It sounds great electrically as well, although I’ve predominantly been playing it acoustic. For the money I payed, this is one of the best bargains I’ve come across, as far as guitars go. I expected to throw it in the corner and not play it, but that isn’t the case. I haven’t put it down since I got it!! If you’re interested in a cigarbox style guitar, I’d strongly recommend this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Poor build quality *by D***R on May 20, 2022* Sounded ok, but the quality control is poor - there were many bits on the fret edges which made it not much fun playing slide, and there was a hairline crack and some delimitation on the neck.
