I just finished a small one via a special class I took on line and it taught me that you can go crazy with color and design and get out of your comfort zone. Most of the patterns included are not very intricate, but they look more complicated due to the busy fabrics. Some of the quilts presented have been in other books by Kaffe Fassett (in different fabrics), but there are new patterns also. Medallion quilts are my favorite style and this book is a real treat!
