A: The answer is: this is a brown rice not a white rice for diabetic you don’t eat white rice. So If yours come in to you yellowish I don’t know you have to ask Amazon I know is brown not yellowish thank you for asking.maybe 
Instead of brown you call it yellowish like I said it’s not a white tice.
