Well, the color swatches varied so much that I just went for it and hoped for the best. Nutmeg-f went from looking light blonde to dark reddish blonde. Upon receiving my wig, I was a bit disappointed because it ran on the dark reddish blonde side. Now I had to decide what to do - keep it or send it back. This seller is amazing! Initially Nutmeg-F was out of stock from his supplier then suddenly they sent it to him and he got it to me right a way. It seems that the supplier can be inconsistent at times. He worked with me and offered to waive the restocking fee if I wanted to return it for another style that was available in another color or a reasonable credit to my account if I wanted to keep it. In the end I decided to keep it and I have grown to like the color on me. Jack was terrific and provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. Great communication. I will most definitely buy from him again. About the wig: It is beautiful! The hair is soft, silky and smooth. There are long layers through out which give it some volume but not too much. I may have to cut some thin wispy bangs into it to better suit my face. Otherwise the long side swept bang is really very nice. The overall length is more manageable than I expected so I may not trim it as originally planned.
