A: I have only used it to make protein bars and it worked out fine other than that I am Not sure

A: I don't know, as it tasted so terrible that I did consume enough to know that!!

A: Approx. 12 servings.  There is a scooper inside.  One scoop = one serving.

**Q: Please tell me why the 1lb container taste different then the 1.6lb that I buy at my local big name store?**
A: I have owned both and didn't notice a taste difference.

I have tried several brands of protein powders. So far, I like this one the best. I had problems with some of the others being difficult to thoroughly mix with my almond milk unless I used a blender, which I prefer not to do because of the clean-up time. Another one that I bought in a vanilla flavor had so much cinnamon flavor in it, I did not like the taste. This one mixes so easily, all you have to do is put it in a shake bottle to which you have added your liquid of choice; take a fork and stir it well, then shake it with the cap on for a minute or two and it's ready to drink. It tastes really good. I took off a star because it is expensive.
