Company sent a replacement, arrived two weeks later. There is no way to contact the company other than through Amazon, I didn't really like that, especially when trying to figure out the status of the replacement tub.The faucet looks great but had to go over the side without the soap holder because the water trajectory doesn't clear the tub otherwise. The faucet also sits rather gingerly, it easily moves and its only held in place by the two hoses for water. As far as taking a bath, lets just say am glad I am not a tall person. I just remodeled my bathroom so have had lots of people check out the new set up, everyone loves the tub. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is a beautiful tub.
