I don’t think it is, but I realized too late after I had ordered it.** A: Bob’s Red Mill offers organic products that are clearly marked as such **Q: Can you make overnight oats?** A: Hello, I don't believe the texture lends itself for that. It's not as course as regular steel oats. It's best used to add fibre in certain foods, eg: yoghourt. . **Q: Does this bob's product take quick 1-minute to cook like 'quaker quick 1-minute oat' product?** A: It takes a few minutes, about 5. I cook it on the stove in a pan : 1/3 cup oat bran with a cup of water. I also add a tbs. of flaxseed for fiber. Then I sprinkle some cinnamon and brown sugar on top and add a little milk when it's done. **Q: Does this contain alot of lectins?** A: I couldn't find any amounts but it does have lectins like most grains and I assume it's the same as other oat bran.
