I learned to bake gluten free, but, I had to buy a myriad of flours and such to do so. It was expensive and filled up my pantry and most of the bread was small and really couldn't make a sandwich. I found a great gluten-free bread mix that I could make in the bread machine but, recently, I ran out of it and have had trouble finding it again. I decided to take a chance on packaged bread once again and I am glad I did! This is delicious! I usually toast it and spread it with jelly or cream cheese or hummus and two slices make a nice breakfast. I've yet to try it for sandwiches, but, I'm sure it will work out fine.
