Shifts so easy now. Not hard to install but you may have to buy a couple of tools. There are only 3 screws holding it on and 2 of them are difficult to get a tool on. The one in the middle I had to buy a Torx 30 screwdriver because my torx socket would not fit in between the path to it. The screw closest to the dashboard requires a very thin ratchet and torx 30 socket because the screwdriver is too long to fit in the space to get to it. All in all it was pretty easy if you watch the right iTunes videos and have a little mechanical inclination. Note you do Not need to remove the steering wheel or any part of the dash to change the part out. You only have to take the top and bottom plastic covers wrapping around the blinker switch etc. Then unplug a couple of wires and take one screw out of the shift lever to remove it. Review: Loose shifter is back to normal - Works great.
