I am an adult female with a small head and ears and these are so tight! I wear headphones for long periods of time and about 6 hours into wearing these I had the most massive headache from my brain being squished to death, that's how tight these are. The ear parts are pretty small also, the sound quality is pretty good if you don't mind getting brain damage from being so tight on your head. 10 minutes after switching to my old pair of headphones my headache is gone. It was also giving me a neck ache, I know weird. Luckily I found a good deal on another set but it is really too darn bad because these look nice, feel nice (if not scratched, I imagine) and they do sound good.
