I will however, say that I have to move around a lot to find a good stretch for me. I don't really find that it would be fair to mark it down too much for that, because I'm NOTORIOUSLY super flexible. So to the average person, this is probably a good stretch for them. Only 4 stars to "warn" those of us who are just shy of being contortionists. This may not help you...but again, it has helped me.
