It is NOT Murano glass, and the necklace cord and clasp are both VERY cheap. It seems Amazon has a knockoff problem with this type of jewelry, as I've seen reviews for other "Murano" products that said much the same thing. I wouldn't have been upset if this product hadn't been misrepresented. But TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a painted bead!?!? The only reason I'm not returning it is because I can't find anything else similar.
