Seriously, it's sturdy, yet bendable enough that we were able to make it wide enough for our heavy drapes. Oddly though, they are two of the exact same thing so the leaves bend the same way. I'd think they were supposed to be mirror so it curves up on both sides. Because they are the same, one cureves up, and then other side curves down. See images for an idea of what I'm talking about. Otherwise, it gets the job done. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very slim area to hold back curtains *by H***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2020* As other reviews have mentioned, the hook area for the curtain to go into is very slim. I have heavy weight linen black out curtains that I’m afraid these won’t work for. I’ll try bending them out wider and see if that makes these useable for my purpose. However, I would advise not buying these unless you have very small, lightweight curtains like sheers or something similar.
