I've been using the product now for about 5 or 6 days and since then my lymph nodes seem way less swollen my throat feels normal my tonsils literally feel like they're more closed instead of open all the time to receive mucus running into them. The first day I got them I brushed my teeth and dissolved 2. I woke up with slightly less horrible morning breath. The mucus pressure and post nasal drip were gone and I hadn’t cleared my throat in 1 day. The next day I took 1 in morning and 1 before bed. I looked at the ingredients and it clearly states “contains milk” that’s the issue with the product. A lot of people have sinus issues BECAUSE of dairy. I’m one of those people. So why would dairy be in a product that should address sinus issues? It contradicts. However, day 2. I woke up. Morning breath insane again, horrible headache with TMJ & ear pain that I get when I have a sinus infection from consuming dairy. However, my tonsils look much better. Since having covid they were covered in white gunk for a year now but they’re returning to their normal color after 2 days of these lozenges. I’m going to be the lab rat and continue taking them and fight thru the side effects to see what happens. I will do at least a full week to see if things get better or worse. I will update after this trial period. Updating my review years later in 2026 from 2 stars to 4 stars. I ended up throwing away the original bottles because the dairy was doing more harm than good. I reordered once I saw they removed the dairy. Took 2 this morning and immediately my ears started crackling and draining.
