A pH electrode is commonly attached to a pH meter to measure the pH of a substance such as water, food, beer, or wine in lab, industrial, and food applications. The open junction of this electrode prevents clogging. An internal thermometer sensor provides ATC for accurate readings in fluctuating temperatures. The 164mm high PVDF body is nontoxic for compatibility with food. The electrode has a 10 x 6mm (H x W) conical tip with 36mm high shaft for piercing meat. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
