I really appreciate the fact that it is made with quality organic ingredients. I add a scoop to my water bottle and shake it well and then pop it in the fridge. It is really pretty good when you drink it cold. It is definitely one of the better tasting green supplements that I have had. I have always had some trouble with my digestion and stomach problems. Since I have been using this and eating right, my stomach issues have all but gone away! I also feel like I am doing something really healthy for my body by drinking this without having to eat a bunch of veggies that I don't particularly care for. I feel that I would have to buy several different supplements to get all the benefits in this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Greens for you!! *by T***E on May 5, 2019* Honestly, I was very leery of trying this product, more so because I had a feeling it would taste, well "green" & be gritty & gross. I followed the directions & mixed with water. Right off, it is very, very sweet!! It is "green" tasting but not to the point where you cannot finish the glass. There is minimal grit, which is a BIG plus for me! It was recommended to me to mix with juice which I have been doing & it is much easier to finish the whole serving this way. I've been using room temperature apple juice, mixing one scoop in a shaker glass & then adding ice & shaking until chilled.I have noticed a big difference in digestion & regularity since beginning this regimen and can tell when I miss a day. I try to take this late morning before lunch, as it seems too much in the morning for me. It fills me up so that my lunch & dinner are smaller portions.This is a good value for your money and I've gotten more than 30 days out of the initial container.As for the taste - not too bad as it is. It's palpable, but I suggest more liquid (10 ounces) and iced after mixing. Use a room temperature liquid so there's no clumping of the product!
