I got the 108" length, there is some excess but I wind it back down the hooks twice and then tie the bow (the next length down would have been too short). I have skated a few times since switching and no signs of wear yet. The color is also perfect (I got Hot Magenta). I wouldn't skate without these laces now! Update: It's been a few months now and the skate laces are still great. I decided to get some laces (72") for my Converse shoes as well. I have a brand new pair that I got Hot Magenta and Lime Green for and a 2 year old pair that I cleaned the scuffs off with a magic eraser and then put the new white Derby laces on.
