Every time, at least one, sometimes two come damaged. It's always the same problem, the pack separates at the plastic joint where the top handle assembly attaches to the rest of the pack. I always end up using duct tape to tape the two together. This last time all 3, yes all 3 were separated and were already taped together. Just not acceptable! ### ⭐⭐ Resolving issues with companies through Amazon are a headache!! *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2020* This cartridge is split, it leaked chlorine powder all over the box it was shipped in. When we opened the box it, it took over the air. It was horrendous and dangerous. These cartridges should be air tight to work in the Frog chlorinate system. I have purchased them for years and never had this happen before. The price is great but they don’t last as long as the ones I get at my pool supply store. The canister separates at the neck and I have to duct tape it. I once found a large metal bolt inside the empty canister when I went to replace it.
