As a Wedding DJ, I do my best to use solid equipment, including wires.As son as I plugged this wire in and powered on the speaker, it not only hummed by had a "fast, repetitive clicking sound." I immediately unplugged the cable and replaced with an older spare.I had to return the item, and was quickly and graciously offered my refund.In addition to the noise issue (and perhaps the CAUSE of the noise), the female XLR end of the cable did NOT fit snugly into my controller/mixer...I would not recommend this manufacturer for this type of product...(Revised 11/6/18) After posting this review, the seller contacted me about the problem, and sent TWO new cables for me to use by way of apology.
