In some chapters, the content is great and touches on some important aspects that come with the prophetic like rejection and loneliness. It is great and worth the read. The only reason I'm rating it four stars and not five is because I feel like there is a lot of filler content. Eckhardt starts off with a "check list" of what makes a prophet. Then he snowballs to deeper things such as what prophets loves and hates. He states 100+ ways to be activated in the ministry of prophet. Recommend this to any pastor . I also recommend this to anyone who may think they are a prophet. He does dump a lot of information into this book, but it is so easy to read and grasp to what he is talking about. He also backs things up with Scripture as well.
