I use the cable machines in the gym to train my forearms. But, at home, owing to the COVID pandemic, I started losing my gains.I was looking for a compact alternative and stumbled upon this. I have included these in my workout routine twice so far, and I found these to be very effective. Attach this with a 5 kg weight plate and you're good to go.I got a very good pump out of it from the get-go, and am happy I bought these.The only con is the foam makes gives your palms a burning sensation as you curl it up. But, wrap your palm with a gripper (or a handkerchief, if you don't have), and the problem is solved.Skinny people trying to bulk up can start with a 2kg weight plate, and do it thrice a week. I assure you will start gaining muscles in 8 to 10 weeks.For those who have already purchased this, here's a pro-tip:Attach a weight plate to the loose end of this product and keep curling until your wrists to bring the weights to the top. Once the weight reaches the top, do 10 reps of reverse curls. It will ensure that you hit your brachioradialis muscle as well.Overall: A worthy product. Would be great if it is priced at 800-900 range.
