McCormick's Lemon 'N HERB seasoning is used instead of salt on many items; especially hamburger and chicken. You can hardly taste the lemon but gives the food such a good flavor. Use while cooking items; if you use afterwards it is too strong. Have been using it for years and get many compliments on my cooking. It is hard to find so have to be ordered.
