I really wanted to be able to test it out before I bought them. Someone suggested Amazon because the returns process is so easy.I searched and came across these stools. I read a LOT of reviews of a LOT of different styles/options before determining these were the ones we wanted. When they arrived, one was the wrong color. Amazon very quickly responded and I was able to return it and reorder a new one. Unfortunately, the new one was also the wrong color. After talking to customer service, we returned it and waited to just re-order another one. Within a couple weeks, we had all 6 stools.However, a week or two later, I discovered that one of the bases was cracked where the screws met the base. I reached out to the company directly and they ordered a new base. The new base arrived and all is well. My point behind all those words is that between Amazon and the company directly, they ensured we were satisfied with the purchases and responded very quickly to our concerns.Onto the product. These are THE MOST COMFORTABLE STOOLS EVER. The cushioning is superb and I love the 360 degree swivel. I work from home and often sit in one of these stools all day while working. Everyone that comes over comments on how sleek they look with the kitchen island and the simplicity of the design is exactly what we were looking for.
