Giving information as to what you want isn't easy. You aren't actually given options to choose from. But I did ask for the wording to be in a script font, versus a block print font. When my order arrived, it was all block print & the words were oddly placed at the top of the banner. It also came with some smooshed up cheapo ribbon, but I hadn't expected any ribbon, so that didn't bother me at all. I immediately sent an email to the seller & explained the problem & that the shower was less than a week away. She called me right away & told me that she agreed that the order wasn't correct & that a new set would be sent right away. I received the new order in just 3 days & they were perfect. So despite the error, I'm still recommending this. The final product was lively & the customer service was exceptional.
