**Q: I am looking for the black one to order and it is not an option, yet you have it as the main picture. How can I order a black, personalized one?**
A: Black is the color they sent me. I didn’t have an option for any other color.

**Q: What type of plastic is this made of?**
A: It is very nice. It’s a hard plastic. Not flimsy. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with is that they did the name in neon green. I would have preferred black.

**Q: would this fit a 13 year old?**
A: Probably not. It fits my 3 year old perfectly. He could probably wear it for another 2 or 3 years.

**Q: Is this hard plastic or the kind that quickly breaks?**
A: This is a solid molded plastic helmet, not the thin material that breaks upon one wearing.  If you wish to read reviews, it is made by Aeromax and they have many reviews online regarding the quality.

Better than the cheap plastic hats you get at parties, the plastic is thicker, and it has a nice shield on the front. It has an adjustible strap inside the helmet to fit to your kids head, giving it a much nicer look. Being able to customize it with a name/department is really fantastic as well.

I am a firefighter. I purchased this helmet for a grandchild who loves fire trucks. Yes it is designed for younger kids, so it is smaller to fit them. It is made of plastic that is thicker than the fire prevention day stuff we used to give away. Not quite "hard hat" worthy, but thicker and more durable than Halloween props. The suspension on the inside is light weight, but should work well if not abused.I was most impressed with the looks of the helmet. It does look like a scaled down version of what I wear at work. It really is as authentic looking as you could get for a kids toy. With the name on the back, it does look a lot like mine.
