It wouldn't close with the automatic button and the one I purchased after this one does not close either and it inverts in the rain. I don't know if I will ever try another umbrella, just wear my hood. **Q: is this neverwet?** A: No **Q: Received mine...like it very much...but it has an order...how to gt rid of it?** A: It's the material overtime it will disappear. Opens and closes easily, & the material seems heavy. And I really love the design with the plain on the outside and the cloud detail on the inside. That being said, the fabric thing with the velcro on it that you use to wrap around the umbrella when not in use, it's too bad it's not just a tiny bit longer. Because after opening the umbrella, there's just no way to get that thing all the way around the umbrella to where it fastens.
