I'm still in the follow up period, so the jury is still out and it will be hard to know if this really makes a difference. However, I'm using it faithfully since I want to give myself every possible chance of a good outcome. I hate stevia. I hate the initial taste of it, and hate the aftertaste even more. I've finally found a way to disguise the stevia flavor enough to make it tolerable. Here's my recipe: 1 scoop of MEND blended with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 to 1 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons of apricot jam, and a couple of shakes of cinnamon. Normally I wouldn't put jam in a smoothie, but the jam and cinnamon make it palatable. I wish MEND would make an unsweetened version, and that way every user could sweeten it however they want.
