Otherwise, the filter just falls through. Attention 2: Please keep in mind that clean the tray of your machine after every brewing, or you may forgot the stainless steel cap mixed with those original ones.We suggest you clean the filter when it cool down, but not too long, which you will find its very easy to peel off the lid, no stick left on the rim. Usage Attention 1 Do not fill the grinder fully! Use the scoop(5g) to fill your filter. Do not super press the coffee grinds like those who work in coffee shops with a commercial half-manual coffee machine, just slightly press. Usage Attention 3 How to Get a Nice Espresso? Please Take the Following 3 Tips 1) It is worthy trying to figure out the best amount of coffee to use. We recommend using medium or fine grinds generally. You can try some LAVAZZA , Illy or some other brands grinds to see the difference. We have tried the Lavazza and Llly ground coffee , We found that the creama it produced was very similar to the original pod. Or you can also try to pour out the ground coffee in the original pod and put it on our filter, which can produce beautiful creama. 2) Making sure first that there is a silicone ring around it. Without that ring, water will come out for the first drops Instead of espresso. 3) We recommend filling about 6-7g grinds , leaving about 1-2MM space from the Top, which will give more pressure to produce a better espresso with beautiful creama. Use the tamper and only apply the pressure of the weight of the tamper, do not tamp it too tight, which would cause very small or even no drops. A: The strength of the coffee depends on the amount of coffee and water. Fill the capsule up to the edge and push the ristretto or espresso button.

**Q: Can the lids be recycled?**
A: You can't recycle items with food attached and the coffee is well embedded ->grey bin.

**Q: Can it be compatible with Nespresso vertuo next?**
A: Hello, it can not work for Vertuoline, it just for Nespresso Originalline coffee makers. we have the other one can work for vertuo, but you need to purchase it from Amazon.com. Thank you

Great quality and works really well. Using these means you can use you're choice of ground coffee and be sure you're helping the environment . Making them up us a bit more effort, but it's worth it. I fill them in batches so they're always ready for when I want a coffee. Just remember, if you mix these and shop bought pods, don't accidentally throw them away!

First attempt was weak coffee ....so I dissected a 'real' capsule and discovered that they grind to a very fine power. That done, the next variable is the strength of tamping down .....not too hard ! Then I weighed the amount of coffee my little stove pot (15gm) had been using (sad ..I know) and how much was in the 'real' capsule(5gm). These excellent recaps are a tad smaller than "real" ....so I now use 2 per mug....I run the expresso cycle twice on each capsule ! Result !! Why all the fuss ? I do decaff and now have a brilliant tasting coffee, with no caff and it costs me less than my little stove pot ...never mind the saving against the 'real' capsules. Great product ...I'm having 3 more. New Extra advice ...borrowed this one from another review. Using a pin, put a circle of holes in the lid just inside the rim ..9 was the tip and it works for me. Extra extra advice ...rather than buy another 3 pack ..I bought 2 singles and now have 5 capsules and 3 packs of 120 lids ...way cheaper than buying the lids seperately.

Super idea, delivery of coffee is weaker than nespresso caps just use a stronger coffee than normal and it’s gold. Fiddly with lids and getting coffee out after use. Still doing my bit for the environment !
