Do NOT buy from this seller. Spent about $50 on VCR/DVD. Had a dent on top. DVD would not open. VCR would not play. Thus Sent me a broken device. Based on their great reviews I just assumed it worked. Fast forward to family thanksgiving, I go to play a video, and discover the item is worthless. Too late last the window to say anything. I’m super frustrated at this seller for not only selling a bad product, but ruining the moment I had planned to share with my family.

I ordered this item because i still have vhs tapes in mint condition allonge with my dvds i have that are still brand new. I wanted to use this item in my bedroom. I hooked it up all vhs tapes play good only the dvds would not play. I kept getting told check my dvd but all of my dvds are new they have on scratches and are in excelent good condition. Thats why im sending this item back. I hope you understand my point of view. Thank you edward covarrubias.
