Remove factory upper grille and shell from vehicle Step 2. Cut along grille shell frame to remove the inner mesh portion of the grille. Use a file or Dremel to remove any sharp edges. Step 3. Set grille shell frame upside down on a table, lay this new grille in place. Step 4. Attach this grille to frame by inserting provided screws through mounting tab holes. Screw into plastic grille shell frame. Make sure you have the grille positioned correctly before inserting screws. Step 5. Mount the lights into the grille. Use plastic spacers between lights and mounting tabs. Step 6. Install the grille shell with our grille back onto truck. Step 7. Install switch and wire your lights. Take care to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces. Step 8. Once your lights are installed, position your vehicle on a flat surface, facing a wall.
