The shampoo lathers well and both smell lovey. I was looking for a natural option to sleep my hair healthy and tame the frizz. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes my hair feel wonderful *by A***R on August 30, 2024* The texture of my hair is softer and it is more manageable since I began using the shampoo and conditioner. The scent is fabulous. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Product, Inadequate Shipping Packaging *by T***1 on August 23, 2019* These are the third bottles of this shampoo and conditioner that I’ve purchased. The ingredients seem healthier for me than a lot of other brands. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a nice clean smell. My hair looks and feels healthier after using it. I do wish there was more product for the price; especially with long hair the bottles don’t seem to last long. This is my first purchase of this product through Amazon and when the bottles arrived, about half the shampoo had leaked out! I wish I could return it because it was such a huge waste of money! I just didn’t know if I could return a leaking bottle of shampoo through the Mail? Anyway, when I purchased this shampoo and conditioner in the past, I once purchased it from the Ursa Major website and, the other time from Credo Beauty and, both of those shipments were packed in a way that didn’t leak. I can’t remember if the shampoo and conditioner from other vendors had a protective seal under the cap but this Amazon shipment did not have bottles with a protective seal under the cap. I probably won’t order this product from Amazon again because not enough care was taken with packaging, the bottles were just loose in a plastic bag, while other vendors I ordered from individually wrapped the bottles.
