The flip side of that is that was the shaky almost dizzying effect that came when I didn't eat enough because the lack of hunger. Also, because of the size of the pill, it was really hard to swallow every morning. Add the fact that it was three daily causes me to kinda dread taking them. Need More. Fasting Support Formula. Appetite Supressing Ingredients. White Kidney Bean Garcinia...?I received no instructions on how to use the tablets other than to take three tablets a day preferably with food. Because I know that apple cider vinegar powder should be taken with food and water, as a medical professional would probably recommend, I took a tablet by crushing the tablet in a pill crusher bowl and then mixing it with a fourth portion of powdered food, than mix with water, than drank the powdered food shake.On the first day I started with only one tablet because I wanted to know if I have any allergic reactions or side effects before trying three tablets. It seemed to work some on the first day but thereafter it was zero percent effective at controlling hunger, calorie intake or portion size. There were no allergic reactions or side effects other than a little nausea at times.On any day thereafter, whether I take one, two or three tablets or none, it didn't work at controlling hunger and calorie intake. I had hoped to slowly lose 18 pounds by fasting to skip a meal or two on the day after I exceed my estimated average daily calorie expenditure. Hunger still forces me to eat when I don't want to. I have no control over portion size when hunger can't be controlled. The tablets do absolutely nothing to help with intermittent fasting or appetite suppression. I stopped using it and found hunger level and frequency was still the same even when eating the same foods without the tablets.After a few days without any tablets, I tried them again when I overate. Because I ate today's breakfast and lunch both at about 12:30am this morning, at noon lunch time I tried 3 tablets with 100 calories of powdered food and water and the hunger won't let me skip adding a lunch time meal minutes later. I hoped it would hold me over until dinner time.In regards to truth in advertising, this product should be removed from Amazon or maybe sold only as a nutritional supplement, not an appetite suppressant. As June of 2019 it's sold as something that it's zero percent effective at doing: It does not make one feel full. It does not eliminate cravings. It does not support weight loss. It does not support intermittent fasting. It is not an appetite suppressant.
