**Q: Will it grow in dry atmoshphere like gujarat??**
A: Well I am experimenting it since last 2 years. You need to take care this plant if the surroundings are dry.

1. Keep it away with intense direct or indirect sun light.
2. Do misting the plant at least once a week.
3. Once in a months or once in 15 days soak the plant in chlorine free water for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it dry in air after that , please ensure that it gets dried by air away from sunlight and at least within 3 hours of dunking (soaking).
4. Please don't change the place of the frequently.
5. Don't you any fertilizer as it will burn it. Bromilides have different requirements and add on fertilizers are not usefull for them.
6. There are basically two varieties available (based upon the water requirements) mesic (more green, less silvery and need relatively more humidity) and xeric (less green, more silvery and needs very less water) so you can opt for xeric varities for your place. It will suit you more. The current sample T. Ionatha is a mesic variety.
7. It the pot is fixed with plant, it is very difficult to maintain.

These are actually not the carefree plant but needs delecate care.

I got the package on time and the plant was decently wrapped in a tissue an placed in the box, arrived with no damage what so ever, the quality of the plan is excellent if not out standing, it even had flowered! the flowers were a bit dry though cause of the travel time in the box. The plant was the right shape and size like short and wide as desired, thank you seller!I did a gentle water spray on the plant, placed it on top of a wet tissue inside a ceramic bowl. this will re-hydrate it a little bit, other wise the plant seems healthy and looks awesome on my office desk near the windowOver all it's value for money, good healthy plant, definitely recommended.For all the would be buyers, please do some research about the plants this or any other because, all plant do required Sun light and water, so don't just dump the plant in a corner in room with no Sunlight or water and kill it.

They are not good quality, they were already half dead when they arrived, i did a-lot of research on them and tried many things to save them but they all ended up dying. Please don’t buy from here and waste your money; i bought 4 and all are now dead.

The packaging was pretty terrible- it was just wrapped in thick paper and it came extremely dehydrated with multiple brown leaves and almost all leaves had brown tips. Soaked it for 45 mins and it looks a lot better now (the one with purple background), but think that if the packaging gets improved, it would def be better. Got it for 275.
