Puzzle bought for my Mom so to challenge/occupy her during pandemic. She has a dedicated puzzle table. Took her a decent amount of time, but she has finished the puzzle BUT WITH TWO PIECES NOT PRESENT. She threw away no packaging, as does not do so until completion, in case a piece gets caught up in a bag, etc. SOOOOOOOOO Disappointing. She loves the design. Wants to mount it. Plans to mount it. WITH IT HAVING MISSING PIECES. I don't find this right at all. I of course suggested to send back, but she is not interested to rebuild. I would like to therefore request a replacement puzzle out of principle l of defective product, and hopefully she, or I, will one day soon locate the two pieces to add to her initial gift. That is all. Will update review once hear response from seller and this is hopefully resolved, with my Mom being made complete, literally.Pieces are VERY unique shapes, varying greatly in size (mass). Some are super skinny and quite fragile. Puzzle is thin. Dot pattern in back allows cheat. Don't Do It! This puzzle was too fun. The few times I visited my Moms, finding her in a stuck point I was rather easily able to fill in a decent segment for her. I shouldn't have, but couldn't resist. Puzzle pieces just jump out at me. Zero Stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful glossy puzzle with a complex design for serious puzzlers. *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2019* This is a Bgraamiens puzzle that appears to have been manufactured by Panley Paper. The puzzle comes in a sturdy square box that is just the right size for the pieces. I was very drawn to this beautiful image from the minute I saw it. The pieces have a nice glossy finish and are sturdy, a nice size to work with, and without any defects. There was almost no puzzle dust in the box. The pieces are color-coded on the back with the addition of circles that allow the puzzler to sort the pieces into various sections of the puzzle to work on, or to turn over assembled pieces to check that they have correct placement. Pieces are random cut and there is a nice variety to piece shape without having super weird cuts or cuts that make pieces vulnerable to breaking. The fit to the pieces is quite nice. I was easily able to flip the entire puzzle over when completed to take a photo of the back color coding. Difficulty level depends on whether you opt to use the color-coding or not. When not using it, the challenge level is quite high given the repeating patterns in the puzzle. I would plan to devote considerable time to assembly. When using the color-coding, the challenge level still remains above a medium difficulty level. When you successfully complete this puzzle, you will be amazed by the beauty of the finished puzzle. The colors are vibrant and the artwork is quite exquisite. A full size reference poster would be a nice addition to this puzzle but overall a great puzzle if you have the patience for a challenge. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful picture but low quality pieces *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2019* I purchased this round jigsaw puzzle because I wanted to try something different from the conventional rectangular puzzles. The pieces are quite low quality and very dusty. There is also no poster. However, as the pieces are color coded at the back, they can be easily sorted out into 6 sections upfront. The picture of the back view on amazon gave me an idea how to get started. The fact that the middle part is a repeated pattern makes it less difficult but do be careful that some pieces can fit more than one position. In some cases, the color dots behind can help to verify if the fitting is correct but not all have dots behind them.
