**Q: Is this heated in any way? Sun dried I presume? If so what is the maximal temperature for such a procedure.**
A: As for the current Organic Green Banana material, the green banana flour is dried at 120° C for 45 minutes (after being peeled, cut and squeezed).

**Q: Why does the serving size says 1tbsp (6 grams) when 1 tablespoon is 14.3 grams?**
A: Good question! 
[I see they divided the 240 grams (entire package) by 40 to get the 6 grams, but that would be more like half a Tbsp.] Do you think they meant 1 tsp?

**Q: What is the difference between flour and powder?**
A: My impression is that there is no standard definition for either term. I think that flour and powder are both finely ground versions of the item, and generally may be interchangeable.  It may be that some manufacturers identify their "flour" vs "powder" as differing in fine-ness. I have not noticed any particular difference between what I've bought as powder vs flour, but also have not seen those both as options from the same manufacturer.  Could also be a marketing thing (flour being more readily perceived to be usable than just "powder").

**Q: What does this taste like? Will this dissolve well in tea or coffee?**
A: it has a minimal taste of the banana
