Then I wouldn't have to YouTube the way. It's not entirely that difficult to do, just the extra help would've been nice. But over all the case it what it promises; durable and protective. It is also a lot lighter than the Griffin Survival Case I recently had, this case it literally a weight load off my pocket. I will enjoy this case forever. Obviously the quality is a tad bit less as you're spending $15 versus $80, but lets face it. It's idiotic to spend $80 dollars on a cell phone case. The best thing about these cases are that they do not have the rubber on the front edged that will wear & rip after a couple months use. These are all hard plastic with the exact same design as the Lifeproof case.I'd rather just buy 3 of these then be had by Lifeproof & spend $80-$90 for a small piece of plastic when you get the same thing from a knock off brand...All in all. Good buy. Waterproof.
