She loves it, drifts off to sleep quickly...and the best part is she sleeps deeply and wakes with no neck or shoulder pain. This is a great pillow, it does even more than it claims...it gives you the deep sleep that refreshes your body and the soft rebound etc does not hurt her ears. Get this pillow and sleep better! Conclusion: I love this new pillow. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too small and contour flattens during the night *by S***R on July 30, 2019* I have tried this pillow for several nights now. I am a small woman at 5'3", so appreciated that I could take out one of the foam pieces to fit my neck. Laying on my back, the height was perfect. However, when laying on my side, I found myself wishing for more length for a little protection from twisting my shoulder too far towards the mattress.. As the night progressed, the pillow still provided support which was nice, but for anyone with neck problems, the contour flattened too much, resulting in neck pain in the morning.
