The additional ingredients needed for this mix is 1egg, 4 egg whites, water and apple cider vinegar. On the packaging, it suggests that the egg yolks can be used for mayonnaise, but not keen on using raw egg. Anyway, as I was using the bread to accompany homemade hummous, I used the aquafaba from the chickpeas as there was just enough liquid in the tin (the mix states 4 egg whites or 120ml egg whites). Mix was easy to combine. I was able to make 9 rolls :) The rolls were a lovely golden colour, had risen and were lovely and light. Just to add, I checked them after they had baked for 30 minutes, then baked for a further 10 minutes. The texture was lovely and very bread like but better as they were very low in carbs!! Would I buy again, YES. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deliciious cupcakes *by C***S on 18 February 2020* The recipe is quite simple. You add egges, butter, vanilla essence and a little bit of water. Basically you only get the powders you would use if making your own cake. Considerings this one could think the price is a bit high, but the cupcakes are ready in a bit and smell and taste good. The powder mixture is very fine, which I would try to emulate at home by finely grinding my coconut and almond flours (both used in this), and using my baking sweetener, that is very fine. I thought it' was shame they don't do other flavours, but then it is easy to tell why, since you add the vanilla essence yourself! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expensive, but tasty *by K***I on 1 May 2022* This keto bread recipe is tasty, the best I have tried so far. There are 2 downsides, which prevented me giving it 5 stars. The first is the price, as the dough only give you 6 rolls, the second is that the requirement of 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites means that unless you follow the suggestion on the packet to make something else in addition ( such as mayonnaise) then 4 egg yolks are wasted.
